2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- A refund request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date
- The subscription or plan has not been substantially used (less than 20% of tests accessed)
- The payment was made in error or as a result of a technical issue on our platform
- Duplicate charges occurred due to a payment gateway error
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase
- A significant portion of the plan or tests has already been accessed
- The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Promotional, discounted, or coupon-based purchases
- Renewal charges after a subscription auto-renews (unless cancelled before the renewal date)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team via our contact page with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID or transaction reference number
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. GoJelet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Access to the plan continues until the end of the paid period.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
